Shipping and Delivery Information
- Can I track my order?
After an order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping details when available. Please note, delivery information may take a few days or weeks to be provided. The information will include a tracking number and link, which will tell you when you can expect the delivery and give you information on the status of the order.
- Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?
Sometimes our emails take some time to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder.
Please check all your email folders again in 30 minutes – if you still haven’t received your confirmation, email sales@adventureprimal.com.au and we’ll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

- Can I change my order?
You can always change your order before you checkout – just go to the shopping cart and you can add or remove items.
If you have already checked out, please contact and we’ll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.
- Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 30 mins by contacting our customer service team
However, if your order has already been shipped, you’ll have to return the products yourself. In that case, please see our return policy for further details.
- My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation – what can I do?
Please contact with sales@adventureprimal.com.au as soon as possible.
Delivery Methods & Shipping Costs
We have made it easy for you with national flat fee shipping on all items.
Individual product pages indicate shipping costs for Metro and Regional areas of Australia.
Delivery on Standard delivery products as marked on the product page, is AU$11.99, for each Standard delivery product you buy.
Delivery on Express products as marked on the product page, is AU$14.99, for each product you buy.
Delivery on Big & Bulky products as marked on the product page, is AU$35.00 for each item up to 15kg. Products between 15kg to 35kg are charge at $55 for each item. All Standard products ordered with Big & Bulky products are delivered free!
Delivery on Oversized products as marked on the product page, are charged at the national flat fee for each item as listed below. Fees for Oversized products vary according to the size of the item.
Big & Bulky and Oversized products can only be sent to street addresses. Contact us for pricing on these items before purchasing.
*Flat rate shipping offers may not be available to Christmas Island, Lord Howe Island and Norfolk Island
Your delivery cost will be displayed at checkout, before you complete your order, and is charged to you upon submitting your order.
To the extent permitted by law, Adventure Primal does not accept any liability whatsoever for the goods ordered and/or any loss or damage incurred by any person in relation your order once it has been received by the courier for delivery to you.
We suggest that you have your order delivered to an address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the delivery. If the delivery address is unattended, our couriers are authorised to leave the goods at that address.
If you are having your order delivered, you can pay online using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, or Stripe.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours.
Standard product orders are delivered weekdays by Australia Post. Please allow 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Express orders are delivered weekdays by Australia Post. Order by 12 noon AEDT on Monday to Friday for delivery within 1-4 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Big & Bulky and Oversize products will be delivered via courier. Please allow 3 – 10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Some items are sourced from outside Australia and will take up to 28 days to receive but in some case will be received quicker. These items are indicated with the expected delivery time e.g., Estimated delivery time is 28 days from order date. Refer to the item information for this indication.
Delivery Areas
Standard products are delivered via the Australia post network and are home delivered where this service exists. If you are outside of their home delivery network, they will deliver to the nearest post office, and you will receive a card for collection.
Big & Bulky and Oversized items require a street address for delivery and are can only be delivered to mainland Australia addresses, including Tasmania. (Some exclusions may apply.) Islands cannot be serviced by our Courier Services.
Should we be unable to arrange delivery to your location, we will arrange a refund for your order.
Remote Deliveries
If you live in a remote location, under certain circumstances the courier company may deliver to a recognised collection point or depot in the nearest main town. Many of our remote customers prefer this option to having the order delivered to their door – if so, please leave us a note in the comments of your order with specific delivery instructions.
International Delivery
Adventure Primal is unable to ship internationally at this time, however orders can be placed from overseas for delivery to an Australian address.
